Children's Museum in Jacksonville

New Year's Trip to Jacksonville, FL

Dennis had the grand idea of taking a trip for New Year's to Jacksonville, Florida. We had such a great time and found it to be a very fun city for a family. We've even caught ourselves daydreaming a time or two of relocating there. Of course, we wouldn't have any employment there so that's been a bit of a hitch in our "plans."

Snowy Day

We had a huge snowstorm (by NC standards) the day after Christmas. The kids loved it, and the adults didn't mind it either since the timing was pretty good.

Catching up -- Christmas 2010 part 2

The good news is Santa brought us a new camera for Christmas. The bad news is, well, I've been overly lax in figuring out the whole new system. So long story short: nice new camera, bit of a learning curve, and lazy momma who has not wanted to bother. But better late than never. Let the "catching up" begin!
